Due to business growth, Kirinari Community Services is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to commence in our Corporate office in Albury.
Kirinariis a dynamic, expanding provider that delivers high quality services in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. Our business is growing at a rapid rate providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme customers. We employ over 1300 staff and provide a fun and proactive team environment with real job satisfaction.
About You:
Previous experience in scheduling or rostering is essential
Experience using Procura is highly regarded
Ability to understand and interpret multiple EA’s or modern awards
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced/high pressure environment with set deadlines and competing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Critical thinker with an eye for detail
Strong negotiation and influence skills
Ability to think outside the box and problem solve creatively
About the Role:
Undertake scheduling for up to 200 staff members to provide supports for our vulnerable customers
Complete shift fill tasks
Manage annual leave requests
Liaise with key stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement opportunities to optimise rostering outcomes
Build and schedule lines that are compliant with EA requirements and customer funding
