Rostering Coordinator

Due to business growth, Kirinari Community Services is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to commence in our Corporate office in Albury.

Kirinari is a dynamic, expanding provider that delivers high quality services in NSW,  Victoria and Tasmania. Our business is growing at a rapid rate providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme customers. We employ over 1300 staff and provide a fun and proactive team environment with real job satisfaction.

 

About You:

  • Previous experience in scheduling or rostering is essential
  • Experience using Procura is highly regarded
  • Ability to understand and interpret multiple EA’s or modern awards
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced/high pressure environment with set deadlines and competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Critical thinker with an eye for detail
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem solve creatively

 

About the Role:

  • Undertake scheduling for up to 200 staff members to provide supports for our vulnerable customers
  • Complete shift fill tasks
  • Manage annual leave requests
  • Liaise with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement opportunities to optimise rostering outcomes
  • Build and schedule lines that are compliant with EA requirements and customer funding
