About the Opportunity LiveBetter is offering an exciting opportunity for a Preschool Teacher–Director to join our Childhood Education and Development team in Nashdale, NSW. LiveBetter’s Carer and Family Services team supports a diverse group of customers across the organisation, with a focus on providing carers, children and families opportunities to overcome obstacles and stay connected within their communities. Key projects include Preschools, Long Day Care, Out of School Care, and Early Intervention programs. About the Role As the Teacher–Director and Nominated Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day‑to operations of the service and lead, guide and support a team to deliver high‑day operations of the service and lead, guide and support a team to deliver high‑quality early childhood education and care. About You The successful candidate will have: - Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood, or equivalent
- Evidence of Early Childhood Teacher accreditation with NESA (NSW Education Standards Authority)
- Prior experience as a Director of an Early Childhood Centre (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience implementing the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, including developing and delivering a play based‑based curriculum
- A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and willingness to travel as required
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
- A current Statement of Attainment for CHCPRT025 – Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk
