We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Orange and play a key role in supporting leaders across our organisation. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in industrial relations and human relations, who thrives in complex, people focused environments. As a trusted advisor you will partner closely with operational leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and modern awards while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. About the Role: - Provide expert advice on industrial relations matters, including interpretation of modern awards and Fair Work legislation
- Lead and manage employee relations matters such as investigations, performance management, misconduct and dispute resolution
- Support leaders with workforce planning, change management, and organisational development initiatives
- Ensure HR practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and frameworks
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted partner across the business
About You: - Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar senior HR role, ideally within the human services, community, disability or aged care sectors
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations frameworks, including modern awards and fair Work legislation
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing complex employee relations matters end to end
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance operational demands with strategic thinking
- Brings a solutions focused mindset with a willingness to constructively challenge the status quo
- Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
