This is a full-time position starting as soon as practicable. You must be available to work Monday to Friday.
About the Team:
Community Support Services support people in regional communities across NNSW Australia to live better lives through education, social and community participation, coaching and capacity building, service coordination and transport services. We support parents, carers, families, children, people with disability, aged people, transport disadvantaged, and small regional communities.
About the role:
As the Multi-Site Coordinator, you are the engine behind transport operations across multiple locations in regional NNSW. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity - and can manage logistics + lead people.
You will oversee day-to-day transport operations, administer scheduling of drivers and vehicles, and manage a dedicated team of staff and volunteers. Your leadership will directly ensure that older Australians and vulnerable community members get to their medical appointments, social activities, shopping trips, family visits and more - maintaining their independence and dignity.
What we need from you:
-Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence and willingness to obtain T code. -Current First Aid and CPR certificates. -Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module — 'Quality, Safety and You' and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance. -Experience in administration and personnel management, ideally in transport, logistics or community service roles. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Outstanding organisational and time management ability
