We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kirinari Health Manager to lead our growing Health Services portfolio and help shape the future of health service delivery across our organisation. About the Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Kirinari Health Manager provides leadership across Kirinari's Health Services portfolio, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and outcomes-focused services. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive operational excellence, oversee clinical governance and quality systems, and support the ongoing development of services that improve customer outcomes and community wellbeing. Working collaboratively with leaders across the organisation, you will play a key role in strengthening workforce capability, embedding continuous improvement and ensuring services remain responsive to customer and community needs. Key Responsibilities · Lead and support multidisciplinary health teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. · Drive service quality, operational performance and continuous improvement. · Oversee clinical governance, risk management and compliance frameworks. · Build a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture. · Support workforce development, capability and leadership growth. · Manage service resources and budgets within delegated authority. · Foster strong partnerships with customers, families, community organisations and sector stakeholders. · Contribute to service innovation and improvements that enhance customer experience and outcomes. About You You're a capable and people-focused leader with experience in health, allied health, disability, aged care or community services. You'll bring strong leadership, operational management and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a passion for quality service delivery, workforce development and achieving positive outcomes for customers and communities. Essential Requirements · Relevant tertiary qualification in a Health or Allied Health discipline. · Current professional registration (where applicable). · Demonstrated leadership experience within health, disability, aged care or community services. · Current Australian Driver's Licence. · Relevant pre-employment checks and clearances, including NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Criminal History Check and evidence of Right to Work in Australia.
