About the Position: Kirinari is recruiting for a Program Development Lead to support the ongoing development and improvement of case management processes within our residential OOHC program. This role will focus on setting up practical systems and refining existing ones, with the aim of supporting staff to work in a consistent and sustainable way. It involves translating policy into clear, usable tools and workflow processes that reflect both sector requirements and the realities of day-to-day practice. A strong understanding of trauma-informed and person-centered approaches is essential, as these principles underpin all aspects of our work. This position can be based from any of Kirinari's regional NSW locations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead accountable operational process design in response to legislative and policy changes
- Foster strong connections by collaborating with practice-facing staff to test, adapt and embed new ways of working
- Model therapeutic, person-centered communication that reflects respect and build strong connections
- Enhance and balance case management systems to reflect best practice and operational realities
- Bridge policy and practice by developing clear, trauma-informed procedures grounded in respect
- Ensure compliance and accountability with accreditation standards and sector requirements
- Cultivate a culture of feedback, accountability and connection through respectful supervision and collaboration
- Promote continuous improvement and innovations while maintaining respect and balance across the program
About You: - Diploma (AQF 5) in a relevant field is highly desirable
- Experience and knowledge in Out Of Home Care (OOHC) is highly regarded
- Skilled in case management and process improvement, with a strong sense of accountability
- Collaborative, with a talent for building positive connections across diverse teams
- Committed to compliance, quality standards and continuous improvement
- Proactive in audit preparedness and effective documentation
- Strong communicator, modeling respectful, person-centered, and therapeutic approaches
- Receptive to feedback and able to foster a constructive, reflective culture
- Adept at translating policy into practical, trauma-informed procedures
