Due to business growth the Kirinari Group have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Officer - Recruitment to join our Human Resources team to commence in our Orange based office. Kirinari is a highly reputable and respected disability support service providing essential care and high-quality support to enrich the lives of our customers. The Kirinari Group employ over 2500 staff in various regional and rural locations across VIC, NSW, TAS, QLD, ACT and SA.
About the Position: This position is full-time permanent position located at our Orange office to commence as in the new year. The successful candidate will be required to work at the Orange office. As a Workforce Officer - Recruitment you will assist with processing high volume onboarding across a range of support services inclusive of Disability, Homecare, Support at Home, Child Care and Transport. Your primary focus will be the effective and efficient recruitment and onboarding of new staff, with a secondary focus on HRIS development and administration. As part of an adaptive, high performing team, you will also undertake other general HR responsibilities and assist other team members and key stakeholders with a variety of tasks. About You: - Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail/data entry skills
- Previous experience in HR or Recruitment is highly desirable
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Tech savvy - experience in Humanforce HRIS and Expr3ss onboarding highly regarded
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn new skills and other aspects of Human Resources
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively to problem solve
- Ability to liaise with and maintain a positive working relationship with various stakeholders
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
