Kirinari Community Services have an exciting opportunity for a team member to undertake a full time role as Roster Coordinator within our Community Department. The role is full time, 76 hours per fortnight, between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday rotating roster flexibility may be considered. About You: - Previous experience in scheduling or rostering
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly
- Ability to understand and interpret multiple EA’s or modern awards
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced / high pressure environment with set deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Critical thinker with an eye for detail
