Kirinari Community Services is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Program Lead based onsite at the Corporate Office in Albury NSW.  

Kirinari is a dynamic, expanding provider that delivers high quality services in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS. Our business is growing at a rapid rate providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme customers and other community services across Aged Care and Transport. About the Position 

Kirinari is a purpose-driven human services provider committed to creating opportunities for young people to achieve their potential. Our programs provide training, mentoring, and holistic support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and build skills for a sustainable future.

The Mentor & Program Coordinator is responsible for delivering tailored support, training coordination, and personal development opportunities for young people seeking ongoing employment. This includes working closely with participants to address barriers such as housing insecurity, mental health challenges, low emotional intelligence, and gaps in soft skills.

The role involves fostering relationships with stakeholders, including local governments, families, community leaders, and local businesses, to connect young people with meaningful opportunities. Additionally, it contributes to business development, expanding the organisation’s footprint in the human services sector.
