Kirinari Community Services is seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within community settings, and looking to take the next step in their career. About You You will ideally possess: - Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to undertake travel in accordance with responsibilities of the role.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- 3+ Nursing experience – preferably in disability, mental health, or aged care community settings.
- Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary service with sound interpersonal, problem solving and relationship building skills.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary clinical nursing challenges in the community or home setting.
- Demonstrated experience in completion of client assessments and development of individual care plans.
- Working knowledge of quality improvement framework in health care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the NDIS framework, safeguarding and safe care practices.
