You'll support a customer to: • Participate safely in community and respite activities
• Receive personal care with dignity and respect
• Build confidence through predictable, consistent support
• Access meaningful activities and experiences
• Exercise choice, control and independence wherever possible You will also: • Follow Behaviour Support Plans and proactive support strategies
• Recognise triggers and early signs of escalation
• Provide medication support in line with procedures
• Complete safe transfers and manual handling tasks
• Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
• Follow customer-specific support plans and training requirements We're Looking For Someone Who Is

⭐ Comfortable working independently in community settings
⭐ Experienced in personal care and medication support
⭐ Confident with transfers and safe manual handling

🔹 Demonstrated experience supporting people with complex disabilities or behaviours of concern
🔹 NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
🔹 Current Driver Licence
🔹 Australian Working Rights
🔹 Ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans and support procedures
🔹 Experience with personal care, medication support and manual handling
🔹 Strong documentation and communication skills
