We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.

About the Role

Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will:

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills

   

• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies

   

• Promote choice, control and self-determination

   

• Facilitate community participation and social connection

   

• Support participants to achieve their individual goals

   

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Success in this role is measured not by tasks completed, but by outcomes achieved and the positive impact made in a participant's life.

Essential Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check
• Australian working rights
