We're looking for experienced, compassionate Aged & Home Care Workers in Ballarat VIC who are passionate about helping older Australians remain independent, connected and safe in their own homes.

About the Role
You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

  • Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation
  • Transport to appointments
  • Shopping and errands
  • Community participation
  • Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A caring and person-centred approach
  • Excellent time management and reliability
  • A genuine passion for supporting older Australians

Essential Requirements

  • Current Driver Licence
  • Reliable and insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker's Check
  • Australian working rights
