We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals. About the Role Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will:
Support participants to build independence and daily living skills Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies Promote choice, control and self-determination Facilitate community participation and social connection Support participants to achieve their individual goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
