You'll act as a strategic talent partner, working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, help shape recruitment strategies, identify high-quality candidates, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

These are the moments that float our boat. What You'll Be Doing Recruitment
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and shape recruitment strategies that support both immediate and future growth.
- Conduct job briefings and workforce planning discussions to ensure we're attracting the right talent at the right time.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume, specialist, and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Proactively identify and engage talent through social media, talent pools, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates using behavioural and values-based recruitment approaches that align with our culture and purpose.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through offers and onboarding, helping new employees begin their journey with confidence and excitement.
Stakeholder Partnership - Develop meaningful relationships with managers and operational leaders across the organisation.
- Provide workforce insights, market intelligence, and recruitment expertise that support informed decision-making.
- Coach and support hiring managers in contemporary recruitment practices and candidate engagement strategies.
- Work collaboratively with leaders to identify workforce challenges and develop practical talent solutions.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions and recruitment reviews that help shape the future of our teams.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding - Share our story and promote the organisation as an employer of choice within the communities we serve.
- Support creative attraction campaigns that showcase our culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Represent the organisation at careers expos, community events, and networking opportunities.
- Build and nurture talent pools that create future opportunities for both candidates and the organisation.
Recruitment Systems & Reporting - Manage recruitment activity through the online recruitment platform, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and employment documentation.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics including time-to-fill, candidate quality, advertising effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Provide meaningful recruitment insights and workforce reports that support business decisions.
- Continually identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experiences, and hiring outcomes.
