Service Delivery Manager - Logistics and Compliance Systems

An opportunity to shape what comes next

This is a rare chance to be at the forefront of how Kirinari uses technology. You'll help manage associate providers, home maintenance and minor modifications, and motor vehicle fleet assets. You'll work with modern fleet management and telematics platforms, contract and provider registers, and automated systems for onboarding, monitoring, expiry alerts and validation. You'll also contribute dashboards builds that support decision-making across the organisation.

Successful applicants will be early adopters who help configure and roll out new systems. Most importantly, you'll help set the direction of Business Logistics Operations as the service system changes, including the Support at Home transition.

What we're looking for
• Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in accurate, audit-ready work.
• Communicate strongly, both verbally and in writing. You'll build and maintain positive working relationships with business owners, from small local tradespeople to large suppliers and providers.
• Are adaptable and do well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Work well across multiple departments within Kirinari, including Ageing and Community Care teams, RPSS, Assets, Finance, IT, software developers, Compliance and operational teams.
• Are self-driven and can work largely unsupervised, with a strong aptitude for self-managing workload and setting priorities.

The business unit covers the entire Kirinari geographical footprint, so the SDM role may involve some travel.

Essential criteria
1. Demonstrated technical knowledge of fleet asset management, including the vehicle lifecycle, maintenance, compliance, registration, insurance and utilisation management.
2. Demonstrated experience in contract and agreement administration, contractor due diligence and compliance within a regulated environment.
3. Proven ability to quality-assure the work of others through audits and reviews, provide technical guidance and report issues objectively, without line authority.
4. A high level of technical ability across fleet management, telematics, contract and records systems and Microsoft 365, including building dashboards, KPIs and reports.
5. Experience leading the administration and integrity of systems, and improving automated onboarding, monitoring and validation processes with IT and vendors.
6. Strong analytical skills and sound judgement, with an understanding of budgeting, whole-of-life cost analysis, billing and invoice verification.
7. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities across several functions, and step into hands-on operational delivery when needed.
8. Superior verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
9. A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, including developing policies, procedures and controlled documents.
10. A current Australian Class C driver licence, with willingness to travel across the Kirinari footprint as required.

Desirable criteria
1. Comprehensive understanding of CHSP, Support at Home, NDIS and DVA frameworks and related legislation.
2. Knowledge of NSW vehicle compliance requirements, vehicle-related WHS obligations and telematics platforms.
3. Experience administering home maintenance and minor modifications, including My Aged Care portal reporting.
4. Experience implementing automation, workflow and reporting tools.
5. Experience preparing business cases for fleet replacement or low and zero-emission vehicle initiatives.
6. Experience in the disability, community services, aged care or not-for-profit sectors.
