This Isn't Your Typical Support Worker Role


As a Disability Support Worker in our Community Participation and Day Programs team, you'll help customers:

  • Build independence and life skills
  • Connect with their community
  • Achieve personal goals
  • Develop confidence and social networks
  • Explore hobbies, interests and employment pathways
  • Participate in meaningful activities and experiences
  • We use a therapeutic, person-centred approach that focuses on strengths, capability building and helping people achieve their full potential.

You'll Need

  • Current Driver Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (where applicable)
